Who you are booking with

Golden Hour Phuket is a trading name of Teerashot Production Co., Ltd. (company number 0835568013635), registered in Thailand at 88/39 Moo Baan Pitak Home 3, Moo 2, Soi Kiatsin 2, Thepkrasattri Road, Ratsada Subdistrict, Mueang Phuket District, Phuket 83000, Thailand. These terms cover shoots booked at goldenhourphuket.com, and the company named here is the one on your receipt.

What a session is

The Golden Hour

1 hour · 1 location · 40 edited photos · gallery in 3–5 days. The photographer and the edit are both in the price.

The Island Story

2 hours · Up to 2 locations (e.g. your villa + the beach) · 70 edited photos · gallery in 3–5 days. The photographer and the edit are both in the price.

The Full Glow

3 hours · Up to 3 spots, if they’re close together · 100 edited photos · gallery in 3–5 days. The photographer and the edit are both in the price.

The session is the time you book, from the start time we agree. We meet you 20 minutes before it, so the time you paid for is time in front of the camera.

Everything else on the booking page — extra hours, hair & makeup, a reel, your RAW files, the weather guarantee — is optional and priced there.

A shoot in Phuket Old Town is one of its own: The Golden Hour or The Island Story, no extra hours, and not combined with your hotel or a beach — they are 60–90 minutes apart. We confirm the exact spot in Old Town with you on WhatsApp.

Prices and paying

Prices are in Thai baht and are what you pay: there is no commission, service charge or editing fee on top. Payment is taken in full when you book, by Stripe, on Stripe’s own pages — your card details never reach us. A numbered invoice follows by email; it is not a Thai tax invoice (ใบกำกับภาษี).

Launch pricing until 15 October. It ends when the clock does. After that the normal prices apply, and both are always shown before you pay.

A shoot booked for the same day costs ฿2,500 more — a “Same-day booking” line, shown before you pay. A promo code comes off every line, that fee included.

When we shoot

You pick the day and the start time. Shoots start from 06:00 and finish by 21:00, and the time we suggest is the golden hour, which ends just after sunset — take it or pick another.

A shoot has to start at least 6 hours after you book, so there is time to put a photographer on it. We confirm the meeting point on WhatsApp within 24 hours of your booking, or sooner if your shoot is sooner.

Cancellation & weather

• Bookings are non-refundable once made.
• With the weather guarantee, if rain stops your shoot on the day, we postpone it to another date, free.
• Without the weather guarantee, a shoot cancelled on the day — for rain or anything else — is charged in full.
• If we can’t cover your date, you get a full refund.

Phuket showers usually blow through in half an hour, so most shoots wait them out or start a little later — we watch the forecast and talk it through with you on the day.

If your plans change, ask us as early as you can and we will do what we can. If your hotel or venue doesn’t allow outside photographers, tell us and we’ll suggest somewhere close.

Your photos

Your gallery arrives 3–5 days after the shoot, full resolution and yours to print. It stays online for 90 days unless you bought “keep your gallery forever”, which keeps the link open. RAW files are an add-on; without it we deliver the edit.

On the booking page there is a box marked “Please keep our photos private”. Unless you tick this, we may use a few frames from your shoot in our portfolio — on this website, on Instagram and in ads. Ticking it means we publish none of them. Either way it changes nothing about your shoot, your gallery or the price, and you can change your mind in either direction at any time.

Photographs of children are only ever published with a parent’s or guardian’s agreement, asked for separately. The copyright in the photographs stays with us; what you get is the right to use them however you like, for as long as you like, including printing and posting them.

These terms are governed by Thai law, and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction. If you book from somewhere with stronger consumer rights, those rights still stand — nothing here replaces them. What we do with your details is in the privacy policy, linked at the bottom of every page.
